General Surgeon 's  Response
Yes, for nephropathy discomfort, other than the medications you are already taking, there is a therapy called Anodyne Therapy. This causes deep infrared rays to enter the tissues of the leg and cause nerve regeneration. Each session is for 40 minutes, and 12 to 14 continuous sessions are required. This usually helps very well in relief of neuropathic symptoms not manageable with medication. You may please consult a Podiatrist surgeon, who can give you the necessary advise.
