How Can Peripheral Neuropathy In The Legs Be Treated?
My Mother is 88 yrs old . she has neuropathy in her feet and legs, she has been living in an assisted living facility, because of balance issues and falling , they have confined her to a wheelchair. Over the past 6 months she has lost more and more of her ability to stand by herself , and is chair or bed bound all the time. is there anything I can do to help her regain what she has lost? would physical therapy help, or a rehabilitation place. are there medicines that she could take that would help her. She has longevity in her genes- both her parents lived to around a hundred yrs. old i hate to see her spend 5 to 10 yrs bed ridden if there is something I can do to help her i would appreciate your advice, thank you
