How Can Persistent UTI Be Treated?

I have a persistent UTI. Always klebsillla pneumoni. Not E. coli I ve taken every drug and uroseptic for ten years and still have. Constant fevers and the regular discomforts. I have refused vancomycin due to price and fear of failure. Could it help?

Please get it done urine microscopy and culture sensitivity. If the bacteria is sensitive to vancomycin then better to take.

Please post the report of culture and sensitivity will examine and treat you accordingly.
