How Can Persistent Bacterial Vaginosis Be Treated?

Hello I had signs of BV so I got checked and was given anti bodics. I drunk a glass of wine, and two vodkas and cokes while on my weekly dose. However Ive come on my period and the smell and discharge hasn't gone. Have I still got BV? Also I had my coil taken out this year ( been in for 4 years ) due to a very very painful experience I had during intercourse. I was able to cum freely when I had the coil in. Now with my new boyfriend and no coil and possiblly infected with BV I find it hard to cum infact I havnt cummed and when I do I wee on him :( very confused... Ive never had this problem cummin before... I do really love my new partner and I don't understand why I cant cum anymore. He has a bigger willy too?! Please help me.
