How Can Persistent Chest Pain And Severe Stomach Pain Be Treated?

Hello, Im a 21 year kld female health, i have been not eating like i should and not unhealth i mean like once a day or so die t9 my work but evet night i wake uo with pain in my chest for hours on end, even after trying heart burn medicine. And it also goves me really bad stomach pains, to where i am hunched over in pain and sweating. I dont know if it is extremely major or just acid reflex and need a diffreng medicine.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have is typically happening in hyperacidity changing life style, food habit, less sleep, stress could be the reasons of that but it can be well managed with PPI (proton pump inhibitor) like Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time try to avoid the spicy food have more alkali diet like green vegetables hope this information helps.
