Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your case is acute bronchitis infective condition

Most of such respiratory tract infection usually caused by viruses

And to prevent secondary bacterial infection, antibiotic course prescribed

Steroid will be able to relieve inflammation as well

Drink more water

If you want then purchase vitamin C tablet or lozenges that will be beneficial

Complete the course of prescribed drugs

If improvement not seen I suggest to investigate with chest x ray, CBC and throat swab

Take care

Hope your concern solved
