if your doctor has diagnosed you with asthma it's important to start treatment for asthma. your doctor will prescribe a steroid for short term along with an inhaler and montelukast.... stick to your treatment, once the acute phase is over, try to identify possible allergens and try to avoid them. inhalers are particularly useful in helping with cough during sleep.
