Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You probably need to see a general physician first in order to rule out if all these symptoms are due to ear related or brain. It's only possible after your proper checkup physically. Then he will be able to refer you to an ENT specialist or a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
