How Can Persistent Fever In A Toddler Be Managed Despite Paracetamol And Meftal P?

My son is 25 months old and 11.5kg weight. He is having fever since two days . We have given initially paracetamol on first day. Second day his fever has gone up to 102 F so as per doctors suggestions we have given him meftal P 4ml dosage but still his fever is around 100. What should we do?
