How Can Persistent Fever In A Toddler Be Treated Despite Administering Crocin And Ibugesic?

Hi my son 25 months old has fever since yesterday early morning. I gave him crocin DS 5 ml and every 5 hours he gets fever I gave him ibugesic syrup second time but the fever is not reducing I sponge him and gave tap water bath but stil temperature is 101.6 from 103.2
