How Can Persistent Knee Pain With Swelling Be Treated?

I've recently had my knee drained, with a shot of cortisone. My ANA was pos at 1:40. X-rays were negative. I still have slight swelling after 2 weeks and can not sqat without pain due to the tightness from the swelling. Not sure how I injured it, I did stand up while my foot was asleep and ended up turning my ankle but never felt any pain. Not sure what to do next.
