How Can Persistent Neck Pain With Knots And Severe Tenderness Be Treated?

I am having neck pain really bad.. I have knots and severe tenderness.. I cant move my neck.. It has been like this for almost 6 wks and its to the point I don t know what to do.. I have tried naproxen heating pads mineral ice bio freeze.. I just want some kind of relief plz help me

Hi,

The symptoms are more likely to suggest the possibility of cervical spondylitis.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan of the neck.
