How Can Persistent Yeast Infection With Itching Be Treated?

hi i have had yeast for years that i can remember im 17 not sexual active but recently my yeast slow down and started to appear before i get my period but yesterday was my last day of my period and i still have a rash like its chapped from the yeast how can i get red of that it's really itchy it only feel better when i wash it and put vesilne on it and i do that every time it itch it seems like it itch when im not doing anything and laying in bed however i know im allergic to pads
