General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having balanitis of penis foreskin. It is the inflammation of foreskin of glans penis. Topical steroid and antibiotic cream can be useful for that. You can take anti inflammatory medication for five days like Brufen.

If you doesn't improve than consult dermatologist for detailed evaluation. If phimosis persist even after steroid use than circumcision minor surgery need to be done to remove penis foreskin.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
