How Can Phimosis Be Treated?

There is a problem in the foreskin. It does not move behind. At the tip it is big enough to open but after few cms it has to be stretched. I had met A skin specialist. He said it was fungal infection., The fungal infection got treated. He had also told me to do glucose test fasting & pp. Fasting plasma glucose was 91mg/dl PP plasma glucose was 109mg/dl Urine fasting & PP was PRESENT +++ (1.0gm/dl) After 8 days the skin specialist gave me Azithromycin 500mg OD for 10days & Rinifol for 10days He advised me meet a physician. He wrote :low renal threshold. My main concern is why the foreskin is not comimg behind. If it closes then I may have problem in urination.

dear
I understand we have a problem in retracting the fore skin.As rightly said if the tip is ok,we are having a stricture behind which leads to the contracture. It might also be due to prolonged infection. But please be clear that the renal threshhold has nothing to do with that and I advise to repeat the urine sugar as well.
Are we having problem during urination? or balooning of the prepuse during urination?
in such case we usually advise a surgical consultation in stead.`
A mild dilatation may suffice ,so plz dont worry and more over take a lot of fluids in your diet.
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries.
