How Can Pimples Be Treated?

Whenever I am going out, I am getting pimples which will not for 15-20 days.I start using benzoyl peroxide but it causes more worst.I goy some dark patches on my skin.Please tell how to control my pimples and how I get ride of my existing pimples and their marks

Pimples can be treated by topical creams or oral medication.

Also, wash your face twice daily with water.

Eat green leafy vegetables.
