Hi,

Well, it can be a small cyst of the oil gland or can be an infected follicle or pore. Squeezing it is not the solution as it can lead to increase in size and increasing inflammation.

So my suggestion is to consult a skin specialist and get evaluated. You can be advised to apply Clindamycin gel along with benzoyl peroxide.

Do warm compresses over the bump. Use Salicylic acid containing facewash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
