Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face which occurs when skin pores becomes clogged with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective anti-acne medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
