How Can Pinworm Infection Be Prevented?

My pregnant dil is suppose to watch her friends child who was Dx w pinworms ... The Parents gave the child the med today is it ok for my DiL and granddaughter to be w them tomorrow... and what about them catching it if they are together and changing the kids diaper who has/ had them?

Pinworm infection is a type of infectious disease caused by pinworm parasites. To prevent the infection, we should understand the ways of transmission of infected eggs including :

- Directly by hand from anus to the mouth of the same person or another person.
-Indirectly through clothing, food, bedding or any other articles especially in overcrowding places like nursing institutions.

So, the best way of preventing pinworm infection is to wash hands, especially before preparing food or after changing kid's diapers. Pay attention to clean any article or subject that can be used.
