Hello,

Pytiriasis rosacea is a rash on the skin, that starts with a circular and unique rash, followed by widely spread rash. I need to have a look at your rash to see if it is the same.

Petrimicina (I think you are referring to oxytetracycline) is an antibiotic. Usually, treatment of pityriasis rosacea consists of anti-inflammatories, steroids, antihistamines.

Antibiotics are prescribed if any underlying bacterial infection is suspected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
