How Can Pneumonia And Chest Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I have pneumonia and started antibiotics recently. Doctor said I have 80% lung function and my chest hurts. I fluctuate between having a low grade fever (99.8) and low body temperatures between 95.3 and 97. I feel the same as before during the day, but nights have become worse since starting antibiotics. What are signs to look for that I may need to go back to the doctor?
