Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Common causes for polycythemia are

1. Emphysema
2. Malignancy
3. Liver diseases
4. Kidney diseases.

So better to first consult hematologist and diagnose cause for your polycythemia and then consult oncologist (if it is malignancy related) gastroenterologist (if it is liver related) and Nephrologist (if it is kidney related).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
