hello, these days depression is very common due to the daily life events and the way we respond to them. Most important thing is realizing that there are things that have changed in you,in many people it takes so much time but good you are aware of it and thinking of dealing with it with help of medical treatment.I would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist and go for few counselling sessions with psychotherapist,it will help you to recover.Ove the time you ll be able to deal with the things easily.meditation helps a lot,try with a proper way of meditation, regularly doing it will help.Doing exercise and keeping yourself busy into things you like to do is also good.Talk to your loved ones about this, their support and love ll help a lot.
