How Can Post Nasal Drip Along With Nausea And Acid Reflux Be Treated?
I have chronic post nasal drip, nausea n reflux..I had an endoscopy in February this year biopsy were done..everthing ok....now my symptoms have worsened..saw ENT dr. had ct scan..all clear..he advised me to go back to G.I. dr....G.I. dr, says not related..

Hello,
For postnasal drip, take antihistaminic decongestant oral medication as Levocetirizine plus Phenylephrine or nasal spray as Fluticasone. Nausea and acid reflux are related.
As your endoscopy has come normal, it is a good thing. You take tablet Pantoprazole two times plus tablet Domperidone two times for one month. For postnasal drip also start steam inhalation.
