I have post nasal drip and now my throat feels like I have a little swelling at theback of my throat. It almost feels like Muslims is stuck back there. I cannot see any problem. No soreness, no fever . we have been having wood fires for the last couple months and this dries out my sinuses. Is there something I should do to clear the post nasal drip and sinus affect. According to examination and report, if specific cause found, then further management plan can be decided. Steam inhalation should be done three times a day with warm water. Salt water gargle is also useful.
Vitamin C lozenges or tablets can be beneficial. Decongestant like Levocetirizine can be prescribed. Also, consult the Otorhinolaryngologist for examination and get your prescription.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
