General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
It could be a ectopic pregnancy, fibroid, ovarian cyst and endometriosis.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist for better management.
Implantation bleeding followed by the heavy bleeding suggestive of ectopic pregnancy.
Undergo following investigations: Blood HCG, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan.
Ectopic pregnancy should be removed by laparoscopic surgery.
Other treatment will depend on the test results.
Hope this may help you
