How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi im 36 and ttc. Im currently 8 days late and have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for about 3 weeks now. Ive always tracked my monthly cycle using a tracking app. My cycle comes every month on time as esitmated. In January my cycle was only 3 days which was very unusally. For the month of feburary my cycle didn come but every time i test its negative!! Am i pregnant? Could i be testing wrong? What could be wrong its very frustrating...May i add i dont use any kind of birth control!!

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a gynecologist. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of scanty periods and also the cause of not getting pregnant. You can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or ovulation detection kits. If you are not ovulating, then you can take some medicines like clomiphene for ovulation.
