How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I had a tubal 4 years ago. Last few months I ve been getting a faint positive test the last one I took was still faint but a lil darker before just like the others somewhat fades out or disappears. About a month ago I felt my first Lil movements just under my belly button. And over time it progessed a Lil higher to my behind my belly button and sometimes on the left side of my belly button. The last few days the movements have been more frequent and especially stronger if I m sitting I can look down and actually see the movement. I have 4 other children. And this feels a lot like when I was pregnant. But getting continuse faint pregnancy results isn t helping. Every one of my pregnancy I also continued to have my period till about 5months ago. Idk what s going on. I read that thiers a cryptic pregnancy where I guess some babies just don t or bearly produce HCG. I have all the signs of pregnancy.. I need advice and answers and if I approximately how far along am I?
