How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi, my follicle ruptured on day 24. My cycles were never regular, so I do not know the length of my cycle. However, when I did a UPT on day 43 it was negative. I am taking Duphaston twice a day since day 24. Please tell me if I am pregnant, do I need to wait for more days to get a positive result?

Thanks for the query.
You can go for a serum betaHCG assay as it is the confirmatory test for pregnancy and the values will be significantly elevated in pregnancy.
You can also do a urine pregnancy test which is cheap and economical.Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
