How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi Doctor, i just want find out, i went to the doctor last months back and found out i m weeks pregnant, but my body has not changed, i do have all the pregnancy symptoms but my tummy is still flat and sometimes i dont feel pregnant at all. if count correctly i m on my 12th week now but still flat. is it possible that it was a false alarm? Please help

The belly will not start showing until after 13 weeks of pregnancy. It is completely normal that you have not noticed your belly enlarging yet. At 20 weeks, uterus will reach level of umbilicus. At 12 weeks, uterus is still a pelvic organ.
