How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi , I have PCOS. I have irregular periods always from starting age. I consulted one doctor for conceiving. He told me to loose weight. I lost 10kg then he started ovulation study. With help of tablet and injections. From day 17 he started Duphaston twice a day. Also I am taking ev-tab, nutrogest,delisprin from day 2 of my period(on date 2). I had my periods on date 1. I have taken my hpt on next month date 1 . It is showing 2 line in which one is dark and other is little less dark.since I have took my last dose of Duphaston on 30 date itself & I don’t wait for check periods will come or not, I done HPT very next day after i took last dose of Duphaston . Will this valid and positive test?

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Home pregnancy test ( urine), gives reliable results after 8 days delay in expected date of menses. In PCOD menses are irregular.. it should be tested after 3 weeks after estimated date of ovulation.Please repeat the test at proper time.
In case of doubt ,it can be confirmed by blood HCG test around expected day of menses.
USG scan can confirm conception after 5 weeks .
