How Can Pregnancy Be Terminated?

Hello doctor , I am 22 years old . I had my period on 4th April . And I have missed my periods this month . My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex but he did not ejaculate in me. We did pregnancy test 4 times...and the results were positive. I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant. But sonography did not show embryo and no gestation sac. So the doctor has prescribed me tablet Primolut for 3 days and thrice a day after food . And asked for sonography next week once again. Is there any complication ? I want to abort this pregnancy. Can I get aborted without any complication ? Is abortion possible in my case ?

result during pregnancy is correct. you should accept it or go for abortion if requered to be done in hospital under expert supervision. the abortion is posible but my advice is to be followed.
