How Can Pregnancy Failures Be Treated?

I had my first pregnancy and had to have a D & C because the doctor said there s a sac but no feotus inside, and now again am10weeks pregnant and I did a scan and they told me that the fetal pole does not have a heart beat pls what can I do am really sad

You need to get certain tests done like blood sugar, APLA, ANA, TORCH IgM and IgG levels and then visit a gynecologist.
Also next time you test positive for pregnancy visit your doctor immediately.
