Premature ejaculation (PE) is diagnosed when ejaculation time less than 3 minutes. Treatment of premature ejaculation depend on the cause of the problem. Its most commonly due to psychological reasons in young population.

In general following behaviour treatment will help you:
-Do not take any stress during act.
-Behaviour intervention like stop-start technique.
-Treatment with SSRI medicines (like Dapoxe/Paroxetine): under psychiatrist supervision.
-Trying different position during act will also help you.
