Welcome to healthcaremagic,
There are a couple of methods you can try.
1. Wear a condom - it reduces stimulation for most men, which should prolong the time before ejaculation. There are special condoms also available such as delayed pleasure condoms etc which are helpful.
2. Masturbate to orgasm an hour or two before intercourse, this can help delay ejaculation during sex.
3. Squeeze Method - Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes. After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30 seconds, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection. If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.
4. Stop-and-start method - Have intercourse as usual until you feel yourself coming uncomfortably close to orgasm. Immediately and abruptly cease all stimulation for 30 seconds, then start again. Repeat this pattern until you're ready to ejaculate.
5. Avoid penetration for the first 15 minutes of lovemaking. Focus on other sexual play initially.
6. Reduce anxiety and do regular exercise.
Hope that answers your question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
