How Can Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

hi , this is Tapas and a newly married person but recently i found thart my ability of sex with my wife is going downward, most important problem is that after penetration and with having six to seven step , sperm has come out immediately, ...... is it serious of our happy life ,,,,pls suggest me to cure it.

It seems that you have problem of premature ejaculation. It is a common and distressing problem that causes significant impairment in sexual performance. Treatment in form of medicines and non-medicinal treatment is available-

- Try to distract yourself during sexual intercourse. This will help in sustaining erection.
- Kegel's Exercise or pelvic muscle strengthening exercise prove very useful in improving sexual performance.
- Start-stop technique by Master's and Johnson's is also very useful method with good results. Tip of penis is squeezed just before ejaculation and time get delayed.

- Medicines like dapoxetine prove very useful in premature ejaculation. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed prescription. Herbal medicines like tantax is also very effective in premature ejaculation.
