How Can Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

Hi, am 27 yers old man. i had tried sex with one on last two days back and i faced some problem such us, My penis cam up very fastly and certaily i lost my pue white cell fastely. i could not have sex with her because i lost my pue cells fastely. can you please advice me ? is it anything related to helth problem ? what should i need to do ? am going to get marry her in this year, please tell me wheather am elgible or not ?

I can understand your concern.
Most of young men suffer this due to performance anxiety they are feeling during sexual activity. Try to remain calm and enjoy intimacy rather then worry about performance. Ia ma not seeing any thing major with you at present.
There is technique called start -stop technique , and squeeze technique which can offer you more control over ejaculation. Many men use masturbation just before the actual sexual activity for lasting longer.
Medicine like sertraline , escitalopram are useful in reducing premature ejaculation , this medicines are usally prescribed by psychiatrist for treatment of depression but for your condition they are also useful.
So i would suggest you to consult psychiatrist for further help if needed. Psychiatrist can also help you out through behavioral therapy in your condition.
