How Can Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

Hello sir,i m a 29yr old married guy...six months before i got married...bt sir whenever i use to sex with my wife i ejaculate very fast..i mean to say that i ejaculate within 1/2 mnts...Is there any alopathic medicines to last longer???(height-5ft 8 Inch,no physical problem,weight-63 kg )

When someone ejaculate so early that before female partner gets orgasm, it is called premature ejaculation.
Medicines are there to treat this problem.
Clomipramine 10 to 20 mg and paroxetine 10 mg can be used initially daily and later on required basis before 2 hours of sex.
paroxetine is somewhat costly.
Both do not have significant side effects, tolerated well.

"Stop and squeeze technique" and "Master & johnosn technique" are also sexual counseling approach other than the medicines which can be learnt form qualified sexologist.
