I am doing hand practice from last 7 to 8 years. Now i am facing a problem of discharging very soon while mastrubuting and i am also very skinny. The point is i am going to get married in 5 months so is there any way by which i get my self improve. What if i stop mastrubuting for 5 months? Will it help? masturbation is not dangerous for health .associated guilt is more damaging ..masturbation does not affect marriage life ..just relax .even married men masturbate and enjoy sex with wife and produce children ...donot worry .
