hi,
I am a 23 yr old guy.
I am facing a lot of problem in my sexual life.
I ejaculate very early...say about in 5 min my sperm comes out and the size of my penis is not satisfactory.
How can I increase the size of my penis and stop premature ejaculation?

What is penis circumcision.

Normal ejaculation time is more than 3 min. It usually increase with experience, confidence and reduction in performance anxiety. Although your ejaculation time is normal but it can be increase further by behaviour intervention like stop-start technique. In drug treatment SSRIs medicines are helpful, which you can get after prescription from nearby psychiatrist.

You have not mention your penile size in query. If you do not any problem in sexual act and partner is satisfied then there is no need to increase it.

Penis circumcision means removal of foreskin of penis.
