How Can Proteinuria And Migraine Be Treated?

Hello, I am sayanika 27 yrs old.I am suffering from proteinuria from 2012 ,I am taking tacrolimus, telma40,HCQS. .but my creatinine range is 0.7 .Is there any risk.simultaneously I am suffering from migraine also. But dctr suggested me not to take any kind of painkiller,I am taking oxigrain for migraine.plz suggest me diet plan.n is there any risk for kidney damage.

Hello Sayanika.
Proteinuria doesnt mean that your kidney has trouble. For Proteinuria (1+), it can mean that you have urinary tract infection or you dont drink enough water.
For the diet plan, you should avoid "junkfood", seafood and food with MSG. You have to eat health food and eat more fruit. You Should drink enough water (2 Liters per day).
If you take painkiller for a long time, it is not good for your kidney because painkiller have a toxic effect to kidney.
