How Can Psoriasis Be Treated?

I have three different types of psoriasis one of them being plaque psoriasis that s on my scalp it s very bad right now been cracking and bleeding even with the medicine about an hour ago I noticed that I have a hard lump on the bone behind my ear. Could it be related to my psoriasis should I be worried because my immune system is weak and I have a hard time fighting off infection
