Hi,

Your psoriasis is spreading and requires oral steroids than the local ointments or sprays. It needs to be controlled or it will spread more as it is an autoimmune disease.

I have seen many people who are having psoriasis and that too in a very bad condition. So, kindly consult your physician and get treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
