How Can Psoriasis On The Face And Breasts Be Treated?

I have had a few medical conditions, Milignant noodules, cyerosis of the liver, kindney failure, In Nov they put 2 shunts in, since then my psoriasis has gotten better and then worse. I have tried all kinds of things even been to 7 dermitoligist and now it is spreading to my face and breast any ideas to help?
