Hello, I m a 32 year old woman. For the past 4 days I ve been having pulsing pain on the left side of my groin. It s where the leg meets the hip between by pubic and hip bones. I first noticed it while lying on my right side and the pulsing was so distracting I laid on my back and felt that area. I can feel a very strong pulse. It s gotten worse and feels quite painful now, to the point that the leg of my underwear aggravates it as well. I felt for a lump but only feel what could be a muscle or lymph node as is on the other side as well. Perhaps its unrelated but for the last 3 months, I ve had bad lower left back pain . The pain gives me constant sciatic pain symptoms. Stretching, exercise, tens machine, heat and cold do nothing.
Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
An ultrasound abdomen is required to make a diagnosis.
