How Can Rashes And Eczema Around The Eyes Be Treated?

I have been using Lobate gm since long time but once in a fortnight. I use it on my face near eye lids as I get rashes & eczema type allergy areas around eyes. I m being treated with allergy & being given immuno shots, I thought that it is side effects of that. So using this, Please advise if this has to be discontinued or what are other options.

-take a short course of a low concentration steroid ointment or cream such as 1 percent hydrocortisone
-use a daily moisturizer
-to prevent a bacterial infection topical or oral antibiotic may be needed
