hello docter i just have a itching on my fore head of my penis and also in the foreskin part ,before 3 weeks i have seen rashes but now its not...but it itching sometimes.. and my age is 25 i never hade a any sexual contact with others what can i do now i just have shy to consult a docter and to share this problem wih him directley.... Can you please tell me what this may be?..

My opinion is that it ,any be a fungal disease.
Since you are not sexually active, it rules out an STI.
An antifungal cream with tablet loratidine would do in the interim.
If it persist thereafter, I advice that you see a doctor.
