How Can Rashes And Soreness In The Groin Area Be Treated?

Hello I am having problems with my 9 year old daughter for the past year or so she has night time accidents so we have her in goodnights disposables but has recently started to get a rash in the private area its red and sore I'm assuming its diaper rash any ideas what to do to prevent it

Thank you for trusting HCM

Make sure to change your daughter's diaper as soon as it gets wet. Apply A and D OINTMENT on the area of rash. This will prevent moisture damage on skin. If the rash still persist use nystatin cream.
Also, keep the area clean and dry. Wash with mild soap and water.
