How Can Rashes Growing Around The Penis Be Treated?

Hello, I have these bumps that looks like pimples or rashes growing around my penis, right down below the cap, it s been up to a year now since I ve started seeing it. I ve taken medication/injections prescribed by my doctor but funny enough it s still there even till now. I need help

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
