How Can Rashes On The Face Be Treated If No Relief Is Obtained After Using Anti-fungal Creams?

i have a skin rash on my face. im on 3 different medications. an anti-yeast, doxycylcine, and an anti-fungal cream. i have been to 2 different derms and they have said i have regular dermatitis, perioral dermatitis, and pityrusporrum folliculitis. i don t know what to do anymore. i had this for 8 months now. any suggestions?

You can continue the same treatment. But let me add a shampoo for you. You can use trichosoft shampoo along with this.
